If your hair is dry and brittle due to the harsh chemicals like chlorine in pools or the heat and salt from the beach, you may want to turn your #SelfcareSunday into a #HaircareSunday with a deep conditioning treatment that can help get your hair back to the youthful, shiny locks you love.

But I have a little question that, which foods are good for grow and thicken for damage hair? And which foods will I avoid for my hair grow? Could you please suggestion me? Then I will be benefited. Anyway, I will save your website and I will share it with my friends. I hope they will be benefited by this article.

    • Hi Alicia –
There have been some studies performed on which nutrients and foods are best for hair – Vitamin A, beta-carotene, Vitamin D, omega-3s, protein, irons, biotin, vitamin E and zinc. These nutrients and vitamins can be found in carrots, salmon, eggs, avocados, and shell fish. Stay away from sugar and eat high-glycemic foods like starches (pasta, white breads, etc..) sparingly.

You may also benefit for supplementation, if you find it hard to consume these foods every day. Speak with a nutritionist or doctor about Biotin and Collagen supplements. Give us a call at (800) 632-0541, visit a store near you, or visit our website – http://www.invitehealth.com – for more information.
