Allie Might is an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach who chose this path to fulfill her passion of nutrition and to teach individuals preventative measures against diseases, and how to gain energy and maintain a healthy weight. Allie received her training at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City, is certified by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners and has obtained Continuing Education Units from Purchase College, State University of New York. Allie is passionate about cleansing and detoxification and loves helping clients achieve their ideal weight with ease. Allie is currently a Nutritional Consultant for InVite® Health’s Upper East Side at 86th Street store location.

Kristina Mythe is a Certified Nutrition Therapy Practitioner and holds a Master Nutrition Therapist Certification from the Nutrition Therapy Institute of Denver. She received a Health Coach Certification from The Institute of Integrative Nutrition in 2011. Kristina is a member of National Association of Nutrition Practitioners and a member of American Association of Drugless Practitioners. She is passionate about digestive health and mental health – connecting the two to bring healing and optimal health to those dealing with gut issues and mood disorders. Alisa Kaye is a Nutritional Consultant at InVite Health’s Upper East Side location. She holds a Master of Science in Human Nutrition from the University of Bridgeport, as well as a Certified Nutrition Specialist certification from the Certifying Board for Nutrition Specialists. Alisa is also a Member of the American College of Nutrition. Her practice focuses on a healthy overall lifestyle and the prevention of chronic degenerative conditions.

Born and raised in New York City, Wilfredo holds a Master’s Degree in Human Nutrition from the University of Bridgeport, with a concentration in Biochemistry and is a Clinical Nutrition Specialist. He also holds a FirstLine Therapy® Certification from Metagenics, with a focus on conducting and interpreting body composition, detoxification, gastrointestinal functions and metabolic syndrome. He is passionate about fitness and enjoys educating others on overall nutrition and health. Wilfredo is currently the Director of Nutrition for InVite® Health’s Fort Greene, Brooklyn store location.

Claudia Guy is a Naturopathic Doctor at InVite Health in The Bronx. She received her Doctorate degree in Naturopathic Medicine from Bastyr University in Seattle, Washington, and her Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry from Hunter College of the City University of New York. Dr. Guy enjoys medical missions and community work. She is currently an active member of SHINE Medical and Dental Mission Team, and mentor and speaker for Sister to Sister International. She shows her compassion for the well-being of others through her passion for Naturopathic Medicine. Dr. Guy believes in the Naturopathic principles of doctor as teacher: treat the whole person and address the root cause. Dr. Guy enjoys listening to and educating her clients on healthy living. Archana Gogna is a Certified Nutritionist and the Director of Nutrition at InVite Health in Midtown, NYC. She has over 14 years of experience in all phases of nutritional counseling. In addition, Archana works as a part-time instructor at the Natural Gourmet Institute for Health and Culinary Arts located in New York City. There, she teaches a class to the students in the Chef’s Training Program on the principles of western nutrition, with a specific focus on understanding the fundamentals of human nutrition and the connection between food and overall wellness. She also instructs a public class at the Natural Gourmet Institute for Health and Culinary Arts that focuses on inflammation and which foods and supplements have the ability to naturally combat it.

Jun Wang is currently an on-site nutritional consultant at InVite Hills in Forest Hills and the Bronx. He holds a Master of Science in Human Nutrition from Columbia University Medical Center. He Before joining InVite Health, he worked at PepsiCo, the Mount Sinai Adolescent Center, and Family Cook productions as a nutritional researcher, focusing on the analysis of nutrition in foods and beverages. In addition, he has worked with adolescents to help manage their weight by changing their dietary behaviors. Jun Wang is fluent in English and Mandarin.

Kayanne McDermott is a Naturopathic Doctor at InVite® Health in Brooklyn, and several other InVite® store locations. She attended C.W Post of Long Island University in Brookville, NY where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Biology and Naturopathic Medical School at the University of Bridgeport, College of Naturopathic Medicine, where she received her Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine. Before then, her father was diagnosed with Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma. “The medical system gave up on him and during that period he came across Alternative Medicine and various lifestyle modifications, where his life was extended for about 11 years, then he passed away from Pneumonia. The challenges he encountered and overcame caused me to get into this field and has taken me to where I am today.” Although her palette consists of many different colors of treatment modifications, she is passionate about helping those who encounter endocrinology disorders and women’s health. “For me, its about getting to the underlying cause of the person’s symptoms and ailments, while also attending to the person as a whole.”

Jemma Goldin is a Natural Healthcare Practitioner with extensive experience in counselling and education working with both people and animals, utilizing multiple modalities such as Kinesiology (the study of the mechanics of body movements) and herbal remedies to tap into the body’s innate wisdom to bring about powerful, effective healing. Jemma received her training at the Trinity School of Natural Health in Indiana. She also holds a Master’s Degree in Special Education from Oklahoma City University, teaching life skills to mentally and emotionally challenged children. Amanda Williams holds a doctorate in medicine from Xavier University in Aruba, a Masters degree in Public Health from Nova Southeastern University, and a Bachelor’s degree in biology from St. Mary’s College Orchard Lake. Amanda has spent the last ten years focused on nutrition and wellness. Her background in disease state management allows for a unique nutritional approach to many of the most common health concerns. She has successfully complteed training as an instructor in Diabetes Self-Management through Stanford University. She possesses excellent knowledge of vitamins and supplements, as well as hormone replacement therapy options. To stay on top of the wellness world, she continues to obtain medical education credits through the American Academy of Anti-Aging. Amanda loves working in a field where she has the opportunity to change lives by showing understanding and compassion while educating, encouraging and inspiring others to take ownership of their health and their lives.

Dr. Claire Arcidiacono is the on-site nutritionist at InVite Health in Forest Hills, NY. She graduated with a degree in Naturopathic Medicine from the University of Bridgeport, and she currently holds a Naturopathic license in both Connecticut and New York. Dr. Claire’s Naturopathic practice focuses on digestive health as it is related to the whole body. Dr. Claire uses the digestive tract to address issues relating to constipation, diarrhea, IBS, IBD and various digestive disorders, as well as hormonal imbalance issues such as hypothyroidism, Graves’ disease, PMS, PCOS, depression and anxiety. Dr. Claire frequently uses stool analysis to determine exactly what is at the root of a person’s health concern.
